Former Minister of Industry and Investment Promotion of the Republic of Togo, Manuella M. Santos held responsibilities supporting economic development and investment. Her career also includes experience at Barclays Capital in New York and in financial and strategic advisory work.
Through the Foundation, she continues this commitment through practical initiatives that respond to the needs of the people it supports.
